Complaint Review: Dvdplanet

oredered a dvd collection (Dean Martin celebrity roasts) in mid dec 07. Was supplied a tracking number. Package was then, according to tracking, delivered to someplace a thousand miles away. They will not provide a phone number and their refund/complaint forms are a joke. I purchased a dvd collection from them before and it was unplayable and I was stuck with it. The only reason I purchased from them again was that I forgot it was them. Stay FAR FAR away from this company. They will hurt you!
