Complaint Review: dvdtopsets

I ordered a TV Series from this company.  I received the item and 3 of the discs to this TV Series was damaged.  I told the company and they replaced the bad discs, but the replacement discs was bad also.  I got ahold of the company again.  I told them that i wanted them to send me a return shipping label and instead of doing that, they offered me a $30 refund.  I took the refund and i have not received it.  It has been over a month and now the company sends me to this other website to deal with the refund.
