This dude need to be in jail Dwayne is a scammer and I am looking for him now. WHo have info on him

Why else would you have us all disregard your original post? You alluded to the fact that you're somewhat scared of him, so, I'm thinking he's strong arming you to go back on your statement. The guy must be a real "winner".

I would like to retract my statement made about Dwayne Gabourel. The claims I made against him are unjust and should have been resolved on professionally instead of trying to crucify him via the internet. Dwayne Gabourel is a legitimate business and these comments about him should be disregarded.

I have personally witnessed this guy in action and can tell you he is to be avoided at all costs. Check out the negative reports on FREELANCER.COM. He has stopped working with them now, guess why. Check out some ofhis work: ROSELLESTUDIO.COM. It is amatuer at best. Actually, it's horrible.He will demand payment up front and not complete a project. Or, he outsources and also rips off the poor person doing all the work on his behalf. He is vindictive and will use personal information you have given him in an attempt to sabotage your business if you speak up about his shortcomings. There are plenty of trustworthy, honest professionals out there - hire one of them. NOT Dwayne Gabourel if you value your money, time, privacy and project.

I can go on and on with this but you are the only one out of 100's of clients that are unhappy with my work. Lucky for me I know how to remove these pointless reviews. I'll just keep them on longer so that all the major search engines will pull up this report about zoo keepers inc and its fraudulant company. I have nothing to hide so post comment about me all you wish! I have hundreds of clients that will bat for me and my work. I have nothing else to explain to a moron.

And to clarify I have nothing to do with southwest besides building there website. Southwest is a huge financial company and they will love the fact that you have posted there link on this website. I think you just bit off more than you can chew! Luckily for me again, I know the president and I will be sending this link for there review :)

This guy is a liar and his response doesn't even make sense. Just go to www.freelancer.com and look up username "dreamincode". You will see other similar complaints about him. The first website that I had him do has nothing to do with this dispute. However, now that he mentions it, here is the truth. The job he did on the first website looks ok but that's because I designed the whole thing myself in Photoshop and he used Site Grinder to covert it to a website.&nbspOf course, that took him months to do. He doesn't know how to create a website from scratch using html, css, etc. The coding on my original site is so full of errors that every web designer or SEO company that has looked at the code says I got ripped off because the web designers' work is horrible and search engines will never recognize my site because it was done all wrong. Had I known that the code was so bad, I would not have chosen to use Dwayne again. I did mention something to him though and he got defensive and made a bunch of excuses as to why it was designed like that. I just let it go because he has a bad temper and you have to be careful with this guy. Anyway, I now have to pay a real web designer to completely redo this original website Dwayne did for me.

In regards to the 2^nd website, which is the issue at hand, I have a contract with a due date and emails with excuses from Dwayne as to why the site was not finished on time. The truth is that he represents himself as a web designer but he outsources all of his work to "real" web designers that he finds on freelancer.com. I have proof that he did not do one bit of design on my most recent requested website. I actually found the guy who was contracted by Dwayne to do the site and he is in Pakistan. He uses guys out of the country because they charge less and he can double their price and charge that to the client, making great money without doing a thing. The actual web designer told me that he refuses to work with Dwayne ever again. He said that that Dwayne asked him to design my site in one day. The guy stayed up all night to complete the design and then Dwayne refused to pay him saying that the "client" which was me, had not paid him yet. Actually, I paid Dwayne for the job in advance so, Dwayne lied to this poor guy. When Dwayne refused to pay the designer for the work the designer had done, the designer stopped working on the site and took down the temp site where I was able to view the work in progress. Dwayne did not do one bit of work on my website which is why he could not deliver the site and why he was backed into a corner. When I found out what was going on I demanded that Dwayne deliver my completed website or refund my money since the project was already 45 days overdue. The designer would not give Dwayne my site so he couldnt deliver it to me.Dwayne doesnt know how to design so he panicked and downloaded the files from another companys website with a similar layout to mine and emailed those to me saying that it was the work he had done. I had a professional designer look at the files and they said that he had plagiarized another site and that what he emailed me was a joke. So, I demanded my money back and Dwayne refused saying I was an idiot. A real man and honest business person would admit his shortcomings and return the money he collected under false pretense. Dwayne will probably create a fabricated story as a rebuttal but trust me, you dont want to work with this guy. He truly is a scammer Paypal could not refund the money because it was a dispute over intangible services that they could not prove. It had nothing to do with me. They did not even look at the contract. So, our corporation is now in the process of filing suit against this guy.&nbspWe would not be flying all the way to Fullerton, CA if our attorney did not think we had a case.

It is a basic template that you can buy and he uploaded but obviously doesn't know how to complete his own site. Watch out for Southwest Merchant Services www.southwestmerchant.com too because that is also him and he solicits web design business from that entity.

The client contracted me to build a website about a year ago which I did complete which is what she is using now: http://zookeepersinc.com. The client recently contacted me to create another website for her which I did complete. The client sent me an email upset that I missed the deadline to have the website complete which is false. After all the work creating a website for this client, they demanded I give them the money back that they paid for the project. I refused because I already did all the work and then provided a fully functional website.

This attempt to tarnish my name is shameful but the client feels and is there right to complain. This complaint is full of false information and I have many clients that will stand up and tell you that I am legit and professional. It's a shame that some people cannot just move on, but I guess some people have nothing better to do than try to cause harm via www.ripoffreport.com.

In short, If I was such a crook, why would the client then return and contract me again to have a second website created? Makes no sense at all does it.
