To avoid giving too much personal information about my family,ill just state that this guy tried to con one of my female family members and all of us into believing he was/is a Federal Undercover Agent and a Lawyer. There are other reports about this guy on other sites but he is/was in San Antonio,Texas. I take it very personally when anyone messes with the women in my family. Im very sure its illegal to impersonate a Federal Agent but it seems only Tenessee cared enough to incarcerate this guy before. He lied as if he would start a business while piggybacking off one of the family members businesses and promised one relative marriage, a house, and a brand new life. As expected he did this to other women with the same lies and agenda,but maybe not the same result. He claimed to be from Louisianna and he seemed like he could be honest until he initially denied being in the military out loud (mental slip up?) then came and told me about all his Recon and Special Forces missions after he realized i served in the military. I guess he has to commit a violent crime before all of this ever matters to Law Enforcement agencies. I dont care if im wrong for saying this but if this guy hurts my family members i may be the one going to jail.

I have no way of getting in touch with you. I can tell you what he told my sister so that you can be aware of the extent of his lies. He will say it's one woman scorned that has planted a bunch of lies about him. I can assure you, that is not the case with me. Although I am quite upset at the way my sister life was interrupted. If you can try to get in touch with me. c n smith 2 yh. com I don't know if it will work but it's worth a try. I say get him out of your life. Call the cops if you have to. He's an extremely explosive individual when his game is exposed. Please, I beg you not to believe anything he says. He does not seem to have a conscious or a purpose other than to make others miserable.

Mr Gardner or as I like to refer to him as "the little troll," recently married my sister, by recently I mean last month Dec, 2011 in Georgia. I have withheld her name so as to not cause her anymore embarrassment, hurt or shame. He started off with the same con game. He took her to the car dealership, promising to buy her a Mercedes or a ranger rover, then to the Realtor, he has not changed his M.O. not one word or deed. Same lies about trust fund, being a navy seal, restaurant owner, etc, etc. In the short time that she has known him he has taken her down, emotionally, financially and physically. She was able to get out of his evil clutches two weeks ago. He took her from her home earlier this month or late Dec and he moved her to St Peterburg FL with promises of a new home and a better life. What she got was verbally and physical abuse, lies and deceit. She left her job and apartment believing his lies. I as well as several other family members had the misfortune of meeting him and I can vouch that it is the same man that's on the photo. Please keep that man far away women, he is the worse kind of poison imaginable. The truth of the matter is he's a homeless vagabond with no purpose.

Mr Gardner just got kick out my mother house the other day so, i go look him up cause i just met him.when i got on here and seen all the comments about him its so scary because he said all the same stuff to us. the sad thing is he took my mom house hunting and they just left the car lot the other day.
he is a monster and need to be stop. he just tried to get me to go to San Antonio to pick his range rover he said. i live in saint petersburg, fl and this is so crazy to see this report

Too bad. when Dwayne was arrested in St Pete Floida after he scammed me and others, I was hoping he would finally be put away. He's been reported on Rip Off Report two times since, and who knows how many have beed scammed by him that have not reported it here or elsewhere. He's like something out of a movie or TV show. Characters like he really do exist. BEWARE!
