Complaint Review: Dwayne Hatchett

Dwayne Hatchett Dwayne came to our house saying he wanted to help us not to lose our house, he first said he was representing from Midland and that the forbearance plan I applied for did not pass and he was going to help me. so he said he would call Midland and said he was representing me then he said he was was having issues because he said my husband name was on the house which it wasn, my husband was filing for bankruptcy but it had no effect on my house, I am going to lose my house and he is going to get away with this Your Mortgage solutions 7001 Boulevard suite 32 N texas

  I am filing a .report against Dwayne Hatchett who approached my house as a mortgage solutions saying he could help me not to lose my home on 3/17 he said he was first a representing of midland and then from hud, he said that the forbearance plan or re modification plan I applied for did not pass and could help me. He said it would be done in a couple of days then I waited and he said there were issues from Midland. Dwayne asked for a 1000.00 and that he would take care of and apply it to Midland,.Dwayne then called and said there issues and needed my permission to get him permission to work with Midland and then he needed another 500..00 and still nothing got done and then to old me had to hire a lawyer cause we were to close to the foreclosure date and that would run around 1200.00, He told me that the foreclosure had been taken off the list and then Sunday my husband said that she was interested in buying the house cause was listed to go on sale Tuesday 3/7/2017

  I have worked with HUD for approximately a decade with great reviews and no issues... over 8000 people that we have assisted in keeping their homes including Mr. Powell and his supervisors and his associates. because a client says that they were wrong and did not get a service does not mean it is true and it is unfortunate that after working so many files that it would be common place for anyone from HUD to make a comment based on a few clients contrast against all the positive ones that they've received . HUD will not help the client if they call on their own (they will refer them to the mortgage company which has already declined

them... if were being honest )and because our office reaches out to them to ensure that the client will not lose their home is not a bad thing but an amazing thing, how would you possibly know that that person is in jeopardy of losing their home unless we contacted you because they don't know you exist. We are so quick to file a complaint or say someone did us wrong even though we're still in our home ,every service that you get from someone will cost you some amount of money, no one works for free and to act like they should not pay or that they were paying someone else through us is disingenuous even Western Union charges a fee to pay

things .. does HUD or the mortgage company drive to the consumer's house to help them ? Do they drive to the consumers house 40 or 50 miles away to pick up paperwork because the consumer does not have a fax machine or computer ? do they do the leg work that's always time sensitive ? There are so many things going on behind the scenes ,do they offer help to them even though they may not qualify? people don't understand what makes a successful facilitation of a modification the only thing that is remembered is when you don't understand and feel you have been wrong ... Every single person that has filed a complaint in 13 years which

is four... are still in their home. Take a moment to reread that line it is remarkable . On its face what does that tell you . you know in this day and age it's so quick for us to say we've been wronged on the Internet and affect someone's business but the proof lies in them still being in their home and that didn't happen by accident when initially the bank was going to foreclose in days and gave you them no options, how did we forget that so quickly absolutely no one was stepping up to help them or giving them a way to keep the property until they met me and every single one of them are still in their property! it is Preposterous to see it

any other way so I speak for my business that it is sound and does good work. I have work with people at HUD and every single mortgage company successfully including the director of HUD initially by the name of Dino Asbury. So please save your comments for things that actually happened not because a client calls you and tell you that is true again that's disingenuous and the same thing that you're saying to others misleads others the same way you're saying that I do.

I work for HUD in their National Servicing Center (NSC) in Oklahoma City and HUD is very familiar with Mr. Hatchett and his operation.  What is concerning is that he may be fraudulently be representing himself to multiple individuals as spokesmen for a mortgage company, or HUD, which he is neither.  DO NOT PAY HIM ANYTHING!  You can Google my first name, I think that's all that shows, and then add HUD National Servicing Center and you will find me.  You can also see my information on LinkedIn.com
