Dwayne "Starshawn" Smalls A DEAD BEAT DAD WHO REFUSES A DNA TEST!! Brooklyn New York
Dwayne Smalls aka Starshawn is a dead beat. He is denying the child, so in order to prove that she is his I have asked him for a DNA test. He has refused. I called his mom Ms Anna "The b***h" Smalls, to try and talk to her, because I was hoping she would understand from a female point of view. Before I could even get the words out, she kept cutting me off.
I called her house with the utmost respect until she did that. She said "Dwayne is a grown man, I'm not dealing with him" Yea, he's a grown man, but he lives with HER and smokes weed in her house.
I seen him while I was pregnant but he was with a female and I did not want to get into a fight and hurt my baby.
I have school and work so I have not been able to file child support or petition the court for a DNA test.
I had even asked if his MOM would take a granparent DNA test..NO RESPONSE.
Can anyone help?

You must make the time and go to family court for child support, if he refuses stating that the child is not his, then they will make him pay to take the test because they know that "Deadbeats" do this all the time as a tactic to win time to delay the inevitable. But if the test comes back and he is not the father then you will have to reimburse him. Do it ASAP because you will get money only from the time you filed for child support!! You will not get anything before then. Make the time!! Men count on us getting tired of them not showing up to court but if you go to all the appointments eventually he will have to pay from the time you filed. Also, many of these men are so irresponsible they usually have children spread around like seeds. The court system will give the most support to whomever requests the support first. So get going!!!! Move on with your life and your child and just make sure your child gets what she is entitled to..Good Luck!!!

Drag him before a judge and he will have to take a DNA test or go to jail. Don't let up until he pays his child support because I for one am sick of paying taxes to support all the kids of irresponsible, disfunctional, deadbeat parents.
