DY HOME DECOR SHIP WORLWIDE?! TOOK MONEY AND SHIPPED NOTHING CYPRESS, Texas

We ordered wallpaper from this company, in 12 mars 2011. The specific paper my kids wanted was available on several different websites, but DY HOME DECOR ship worldwide - we live in BRAZIL - and had better prices than here, in Brazil. When we placed the order we immediately received an email confirming and they charde my card for $463,88. We sent an email to DY asking or a trecking uptdate to my purchase and got a reponse: "Dear Ms. Pereira, We are deeply sorry for the delay in shipping your order. The butterfly kisses wall charms are out of stock until next Wednesday, 6-Apr. Your complete order will ship on Wed. 6-Apr and you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. We will be shipping your order via Priority Mail so it will reach you in one week once the order has shipped. We are so sorry for this delay but due to the high cost of shipping internationally we must ship your order complete. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding and please feel free to email me should you have any questions.

Sincerely,Barbara".

Since than we have send more than 15 emais,none of which have been returned. We have no tracking information an have never taken the product. Desolated.
