I was referred to Dyer Beech by a credit repair company. The only phone call that went well, was this one. I guess because it was the money call for them. The one where they tell you what you want to here, we can help you. That's all you need to here. You're at the end of your rope, no where else to turn, for help or hope. I fell for it. Here's your fifteen hundred dollars.

After going thru 5-6 different advisors, Eric Rice (one of the owners) called me & said everything is alright, & going smooth. They advised me not to make any mortgage payments, because that would show that I couldn't make my payments. That wasn't the case at all. I had gotten behind on 3 pymts because I had a surgery, & the insurance company (mortgage protection) that my mortgage company had asked me to use didn't make the pymts. I had made up 1 pymt, & then followed dyerbeech's advice, after all they're the professionals at this loan modification process. Not the thing to do.

Ocwen (mortgage company) had put me in foreclosure. I called Ocwen & explained to them what happened, They said to bad so sad, I should'nt have listened to them. I called Eric Rice. He talked to me like I was some kind of criminal, yelling, screaming,& that I hurt the case, I should'nt have talked to them.

Very Very rude, & unprofessional. They tell you that you will receive a phone call from a counsellor, to try & help you get thru this process, & that you'll here from lawyers for advice. None of that happened. My original terms were %9.75 @ $ 1561.00, for 30 yrs, with 26 left. After modification terms were % 9.50 @ $ 1987.64 for 29 yrs. I'm not sure how that happened, & neither was DyerBeech, they had no answer. So for $ 1500.00, I got bad advice that got me into foreclosure, 3 years added back onto my mortgage, & $ 400.00 per month higher pymts. THANX FOR NOTHING

Seems like you were delinquany on your mortgage. They reinstated your mortgage by you agreeing to pay the arrears added onto your mortgage.

They got the intrest rate reduced on a balance of over $150,000,00

What is so bad about that, you beat the bank!
