Dyer Beech, Eric Rice, H.E.L.P. Now Illegally charging people upfront for loan mods and lying to them about it. San Diego California
These folks hide behind the guise of being there to help people. They say that with their program you get a "free" loan mod. Its all a smoke screen. The are selling loan mods, plain and simple and they are charging people up front for them - which is illegal. the only companies that can do that are Law Fiorms and DRE approved companys holding funds ina trust account. This company is neither. This is not a law firm, nor do they have lawyers "on staff" and they are not on the list of the DRE approved companies. This company will be closed down soon by the DRE or the DOC.

They are NOT on this list and are still charging up front . . . lawsuit anyone?

I spoke to Eric Rice and he was very polite. He tried his best to help me on my financial problems, and he even suggested me with better financial plans.
