Contacted him to refinish all floors in my house, gave him $5000 Dollars deposit and never hear back him, contacted the police but not much they can do

I was also a victim of Dylan Coulson from Unique Custom Hardwood Floors/Woodchop. This time the police took things more seriously and there is now a active Vancouver police file. Please call the RCMP to provide your story - the more victims who come forward, the better.
