Dynamic alarm leads/ Ed Hernandez AKA Dynamic technologies, Ed Hernandez, dynamic tech sales, alarm lead appointments In May 2013 I was referred to Ed Hernandez of dynamic text sales by another manager that works for my company. The manager that referred and told me that had provided alarm leads for homeowners by cold calling the customers and setting appointments for alarm sales reps like myself. I expressed my interest in this service and was given heads contact information to follow up with. I then called ahead and spoke to him about his company and the service that they offered. He told me about how his company could supply as many leads as my team could handle. I told him that I was interested and would like to do a trial run to test it out and see how things went. . In an entire month he supplied five leads. Bottom line: stay away from this guy! He promises the world, gets his money, then attacks you as if you are wrong for asking him to do what he promised. In May 2013 I was referred to Ed Hernandez of dynamic text sales by another manager that works for my company. He named several different sales reps that work for my same company that he claimed he used his services. I told him that I was interested and would like to do a trial run to test it out and see how things went. Ed told me that the minimum order of leads that I could do would be 1000. He made it sound as if it was not worth his time if we did any less than that. He immediately emailed me over an agreement for me to pay his company for the leads all in advance so that he could start supplying my office with appointments. Since paying Ed it has been very hard to get a hold of him. I have bothered him every day since paying him asking him when I would be receiving leads. In an entire month he supplied five leads. Two of which told me that they had no idea what I was talking about and had not set any appointments with anyone. One lead thought that I was there to sell them a solar panel system. The other two were legitimate leads. The customer was interested in an alarm and I sold both of those accounts. It has now been two weeks since I received a lead from Ed Hernandez. He has giving me excuses every time that he does finally responded. He told me that the power went out at their call center, that the call center flooded, and the latest one is that he had a baby that is in the hospital. He never will return my calls. He will only text me. I have tried calling him and he uses a google voice number. The website on the agreement is an open domain. Not used by anyone. I have tried being nice and giving him time to fulfill his end of the deal, but he continues to blow me off, or make excuses. Each time he promises that he'll get me a full day of leads, but then I get nothing from him.
Today I reached out to Ed and ask him if I should just stop bothering him because I didn't feel that he had any intention to supply me with any more leads after going so long without a response. He text me back "f@$k you".
I don't know what position Ed has in the company, or if it even is a company, but at this point I have little faith that I will ever get anything that was promised to me from him.
Bottom line: stay away from this guy! He promises the world, gets his money, then attacks you as if you are wrong for asking him to do what he promised.
