Couple days ago I got a call from Dynamic Credit Services. They introduced themselves as "Bank of America" and I was told that I've been approved for a credit card with $2500 credit line. There would be a one time fee of $296.00 and what I need to do is AFTER I receive the credit card I would need to make a cash advance and make that payment. After 4 month of maintaining at least the minimum monthly payment, they would increase another $2000 for my credit line. They did not mention anything about how they will be automatically withdrawing certain amount out of my checking account, and the only reason they need my checking account number is to verify that I actually have a checking account.

After about 2 weeks I've noticed that a check in the amount of $296.00 has been cleared out of my account, so when I requested a copy of the cancelled check, I found out that it was Dynamic Credit Services, not Bank of America. I'm not sure if I would be able to get my money back, and I do think this is so ridiculous.
