I hired John Blanchard to do work for me. He insisted he needed a deposit for materials. He took the money, performed minimal random hours of work, now I have several uncompleted projects, a messy house, he caused damage to the property, he continually lies, promises he will show up daily and never shows, missed several promised deadlines, ignores calls, shows complete disrespect to his clients. Now I have to go to court to recover my deposit and damages.
