Complaint Review: Dynamic Nutrition Applications

I recieved copious literature from this co. in October 2000. It was to send "Vitaslim" literature to people, and to receive a credit for doing so.Their offer also stated " If at any time you are not 100% satisfied with our Associate mailer program you cab return it for a FULL & PROMPT refund (Caitol letters mine!). We also give you a 100% rebate when you process your lst 360 mailing sets......."

On Dec. 8,2000 I wrote to the company. I had sent out 360 mailings (with no $ return to me)and ask for the refund of the registration fee. I had initially paid $54.00, however the reistration fee was 49.00 (other was S&H)

Wrote AGAIN on Feb. 8 2001, March 8,2001 and June 6, 2001. I recived a return letter from "Customer Service" that said " A refund check in the amount of $49.00 will be issued to you on our next check run, which is Friday, June 22".

On June 25,2001 received a check from them for $25.00!!!!
Have written to them again explaining their error. Don't expect I shall ever hear from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!
