We received an offer in the mail to attend a travel agency seminar for travel opportunities with the written and verbal promise of 50% off a car rental, $100 in Travelocity gift cards or $100 in free gasoline, $2000 in online coupons for places like Wal-mart, Macy's, JC Penny etc., 3 days stay for up to 4 people in luxury accomodations, and 2 round trip airfare "vacation flyaway".

At the end of the seminar (which we drove 45 min. to get to and lasted 2 hours) we did not buy into their offer which had to be made on the spot without being able to research them.  We were then given 2 "redemption cards" to provide for all that was offered with full gift descriptions.  These included Access codes and instructions to activate each offer with a fee of $25 per person for each of the 2 cards.  This totaled $100

We send in the cards (which I kept copies of) and $100.  Weeks later we received and order acknowledgement noting we had paid the $100 and it gave further instructions to fax more info such as confirm receipt and selecting between 2 air fair tickets or an upgrade to Class A at buy one get one free.  I sign all and faxed back.  We selected the original air fare offer "class C" two tickets on that particular form.  I also included in the fax a list of questions as I could find no phone number or email.  Those questions were never answered.

Weeks later - We received from Trip Incentives a 3 day/2 night vacation pamphlet for 2 people per room plus $5.00 per child per night (the offer was for up to 4 people).  There is a form we can fill out to select 3 options of a place we'd like to go.  We have not made reservations yet because I'm scared after the other "gifts" we received.  We got a certificate for saving up to %50 off at over 31,000 car rentals that we must go online to redeem at the cost of $10 more.  This gives us a "rental discount membership".  We got a card "passportToValue.com"  that we needed to complete and mail back in with $4.95 shipping/handling to get an activation pin#.  Supposedly this will get us the online coupons?  We did not pay this extra $4.95.  We got 2 cards for our choice of a $50 hotel or restaurant card each.  Again to fill out and mail back in with $9.95 each ($19.90 total).  This was also from Passport to Value.  Again, we did not pay this yet.

And the real kicker is we got a certificate for the upgrade Buy one get one free companion air fair from Dynamic.  To redeem, go to www.redeemcertificateoffer.com and pay $25 redemption fee.  This was not the option selected and how many times to we need to pay before we get our "free gift".  I faxed back a copy of our original selection of 2 "class C" tickets, a note explaining their error and a list of questions again.  Still no answer to the questions.

Then we get in the mail another pamphlet called "now boarding" from Grand Incentives for round trip airline tickets for two!  We have to fill out another form and mail in $25 per person processing fee (totaling $50) by Sept 5, 2013.   We did not go for this either.

So our free gifts for investing alot of time and gas to go to their seminar which didn't really apply to our lifestyle has already cost us $100.  And now we have to pay at least $84.85 more to get our free gifts.  I want our money back.  The offers clearly state we can get a refund if they are unable to provide the services listed which to date they have not.  I want a full refund of our $100!
