Dynamic Recovery Soliutions Threatening phone call Jacksonville Florida
I was contacted this morning by Dynamic Recovery Solutions claiming I had a debt of over $8,000 that was last worked with in 1999. They had my name and my last four of my Social Security Number, and managed to find a cell phone number to call me on - in clear violation of the Federal Do Not Call database.
I informed them that apparently they were victims of credit fraud, and that I had nothing to do with any debt that was 15 years old, and to not call me again. The caller then made threats to attach this to my credit report with today's date as a refused to pay, and when I explained to her that I wasn't refusing to pay, that it wasn't my debt, she made threats as to going after my earnings.
