Got a call from DRS about a debt I supposedly have since 1997 but they would not email me any information about it even though I asked them to do it so that I could look at it right there and then and maybe settle the debt. I was told by a person named Mike Adar that If I did not pay that he would take it further and repetedly said that this wasn't personal. I asked for a possibility to pay this in installments but he would not give me that option and asked me to use my Sears card (?) or Banana Republic Card (??) to pay for this even though these are store cards and not regular credit cards. He even asked me to use my Capital One credit card to pay for my debt even though I have not used this credit card in years and have not had physical credit card from them in years. I do not understand why they could not just email me the information so that we could have worked something out. I can just give my money over the phone without seeing something in writing. This could have been solved already but they did not want to work with me. Very frustrating.
