Dynamic Recovery Solutions contacted my elderly father by phone this morning to discuss a delinquent Chase account.

Dynamic’s representative, Wilson, provided the Social Security Number he had on record as associated with the account.  It IS NOT my father’s SSN, although it is very close, differing by 1 digit. 

This account WAS NOT opened by my father.  It seems that his name and financial history have been mistakenly associated with this account by a collection agency.

Wilson also provided a list of property ownership and financial history.  We’ve been informed by Chase representatives that the information associated with the account in question does not match our information.

Dynamic’s Wilson further stated that the account could be settled immediately for $500, or if not the entire $1700+ balance would be pursued forthwith by Chase and/or the collection agency(s).

I feel that Wilson intentionally employed dubious high-pressure tactics in Dynamic’s and Chase’s names to scare my elderly parents into paying money that they do not owe.

Chase is being cooperative and helpful in resolving this situation.

Dynamic’s representative, Wilson, hung up on me rather than attempt to resolve the situation.
