I ordered 2 cartons of cigarettes on 4/22/03, I didn't receive them on 5/21/03 and gave them the ok to supposedly send them again.
On 6/17/03 I e-mailed them again and to this day 6/21/03 have not heard back. I closed the debit bank card down immediately after emailing them on 5/21/03. I have a feeling I've been ripped big time. The payment was taken out of my account right away, but they can't reply immediately.

after posting this and sending a copy they sent me an e-mail saying they will refund me. I am waiting and will keep everyone informed in the meantime am ordering from yesmoke.com which is also in switzerland and have never had problem.
Only problem had to switch brands.
