Raj B. Lonsane is a thief a liar and a cheat who stole money from the writer of this report, he continues to post defamatory information that is not true on his loser Web sites. Instead of growing a business Lonsane chose to rob people for hundreds of thousands of dollars.
He spends his time posting information from clients that have terminated their relationship with him after they learned his true nature. He robbed people, promised to deliver services he never could or intended to deliver.
He stole money from his ex Co-CEO and after the letter shown here was sent to Lonsane he then terminated a man who had resigned upon learning the level of thievery and deceit Lonsane engaged in. Here is the letter of resignation that Lonsane denies and he went so far as to imagine that HE was the one terminating his ex Co-CEO.
He posts defamatory information on his Web site because he has no clients left. Instead of working honestly he claims he knows about criminal acts committed against his ex Co-CEO by others. Every single word posted on Rip Off Reports about criminal and civil acts committed were 100% true, from the attorney censured by the SEC to a certain Abr--am whose family made its fortune selling opium.
Lonsane is an alcolholic who cannot be successful so instead he spends his time inventing nonsense he posts on his Web sites. He has no shame or morals and went so far as to steal from his own family. He stole money from his now ex-wife who beat him with a frying pan when she learned how he emptied her bank accounts.
Raj B. Lonsane will soon have zero clients as his ex-Co-CEO has contacted most of the ones that have not already gone with Yahoo! Store or other venues to get away from the broken down garbage Lonsane in his imagination and deranged mind calls his software suites!
Imagine that, software suites that only work in the man's dreams. www.dynashoppe.com and www.dynashoppe-ecommerce.com are fraudulent Web sites posting clients that are not real. Lonsane has robbed virtually every client and his workers. While Richard his ex-Co-CEO worked 36 hours non-stop at times (causing Richard to become partially disabled) Lonsane drank and used drugs to drown his failed dreams.
His wife left him after she realized what a phony thieving lying amoral cheat Lonsane is.
Bhanudas K. Lonsane was involved with the company as an investor and chairman for some time. He cannot absolve his responsibility for what his thieving son did to others.
Again Lonsane spends hours inventing stupidities such as that Richard owes his ex-wives money, that he was in jail, that the postings Richard wrote on Rip Off Reports are not real. Every single word posted on ROR is 100% real that is why not one of those that were reported has or will ever take any action to remedy that. Because they know that everything stated about their criminal and civil offenses are totally true.
There is a law firm reported there with Gene R. Kazlow, Esq. who has been brought up on charges for stealing from clients time and again. This character explained to Richard how the process of stealing client's interest went, how the City Marshal would send a blacked out notice of the amount collected so that the client could not see the actual figures and Kazlow would then keep the interest and remit only on the principal, Kazlow stole clients and nearly a hundred thousand dollars from Richard. Not even an attorney can do anything about this posting because he knows that every word in it is true.
Others such as Richard's cousin, the thief also cannot do anything because Richard has witnesses to the fact that Rolando Moishe Moses Faistman is a crook. Faistman had been fired by his boss in the late 1970's and Richard arranged a special agreement which was drafted by NORTEC at the time to gain a contract for the benefit of Richard and his thieving cousin. One day before the signing of the agreement the degenerate cousin informed Richard that he was not going to receive any part of the business, save three percent over a five year period for a total of 15% of the business.
Richard was naive at the time having only worked as a manager for a 40 billion dollar insurance company, thus his cousin robbed him of a buisiness that Richard had in fact created with the attorneys of the supplier from Sweden.
The cousin is the laughing stock of his community and has a reputation for being part of the lunatic fringe in his own family.
As far as Richard's sister goes, she was abused and beaten by her husband. When Richard warned the husband (whose family has questionable antecedents in Afghanistan) the sister took offense at Richard's actions. She was abused for decades and after Richard arranged for her to see a reputable marriage counselor (a PhD in Psychology and past president of the American Psychological Association, a tenured professor of Psychology at NYU) the analyst confirmed to his sister that she was an abused housewife. Her husband became irate and abusive and never returned to the analyst again.
Richard lamentably has suffered for many years by being too trusting of people such as this low life Lonsane and his family. The lawyer who stole clients and money, the ex employees that stole a backup tape and came in after hours to print thousands of sheets of stationery, the ex-partner whom Richard put in business with no money down and more...
This is a corrupt world where degenerates like Lonsane abound and these miscreants populate this great planet making life on it quite distasteful..
Richard has moved on and works with many solid vendors that deliver on their promises. It will take time to undo the evil and dishonesty Raj B. Lonsane has done to the people Richard knew but they trust Richard and are in talks with him to this day.

You may read what his employees, customers, partners and others said about this thief in prior postings by the former groups.

Re: All prior so called guarantees are hereby rescinded
Dear Raj:
This letter serves as notice that as of this date any and all prior letters or correspondence making guarantees' for sales production goals are hereby rescinded due to the failure of Mindware to produce a product that is acceptable to all clients without excuses. We have worked without remuneration and with zero marketing support of any kind for too long. The product is not complete to the client's satisfaction until the client says so. No amount of saber rattling, dreams and broken promises or delays is going to change that. Mindware has had problems day after day and for nearly one year we has not been properly paid for its actual completed and paid sales.
Furthermore I have personally ruined my family and personal life dedicating it to the well being of Mindware. I have suffered untold misery on account of this with false promises and now we are told that Mindware will seek to give marketing of the product to others' that will at best do it with their left hand' as it were.
Be advised that our clients are still not completely happy and further:
1. Bill needs to have a site that is completely debugged
a. You told me yesterday evening here that the product cannot be totally whole due to the company's inability to pay its own expenses
2. ******** is not a partner in any true sense of the word so our sacrifices are for nothing
3. Adam was promised free work which is still not completed
a. Adam has not shown confidence in Mindware and Us due to constant delays and broken promises
4. Canal ***** product upload dragged on for three months
5. Sharon of ********* has issues with ridiculous credit card refunds that were not authorized or even required
a. The system does what it wants at times and this is totally unacceptable
6. Despite dozens of broken promises from Mindware about proper SEO for the DynaShoppe as well as zero marketing support we have continued to give you 110% of effort and dedication without any limits
a. The DS site has been broken with no virtual advisor working for over three months!
7. People coming to a site where things don't work are not interested in discussing the matter further
8. You have seen enough emails and heard enough doubts and complaints from prospective clients to know that all that is stated in this communication is 100% true!
You made remarks some time ago to Sharon that it was not the technology but her computer that was causing her site to be slow. After dozens of complaints from prospective clients turning us down on account of speed issues Mindware finally decided to look and rewrite the code. So Mindware has been disingenuous all along blaming its own inability to produce a golden product on us and our clients!
There was an election years back here in the States and the motto of it when ousting the President for a newcomer was: IT'S THE ECONOMY STUPID! That was Bill Clinton's war cry and it worked. Well, Mindware needs to know (pardon the expression) ? IT'S THE PRODUCT STUPID.
This has nothing to do with Richard Akerman or any other person, place or thing! It has to do with intelligent prospective clients seeing a half-baked product and turning it down. It has to do with nobody being able to find us on Google by typing shopping cart, ecommerce, or any other normal term! You need to let us know when this product will be real and when Mindware can keep to the promises and guarantees it has so far been unable or unwilling to keep to. So consider this letter notice that any and all prior guarantees' are hereby rescinded as null an void. Until Mindware can get its act together, the 30,000 or so visitors we got to the site with a press release would NEVER BUY A THING as was the case. People are not stupid and they see what they see, of fail to see what is not evident THAT IS WHY 30,000 people in two days came to the press release and NOBODY BOUGHT A THING! Now we have Mr. Bill Dumont who was promised a site in no time and who is willing to give us free marketing assistance allowing us to reach out to 700 of the largest Yahoo! Stores in the world FREE! And we will lose his confidence as we have so many others before.
That speaks volumes and with these facts I end this letter by telling you that coloring the truth is not the way to go. So consider this notice that unless Mindware gets it together, no amount of screaming, yelling or any other form of intimidation or insult will make a difference to the well being or stature in the eCommerce community of the DynaShoppe. Google's motto is "Don't be evil" and Mindware would do well to engrave that on its walls at the new offices another expense that was not agreed to by our side and has been the cause of much pain and tribulation. It would have been best to amass a team that works from home instead of renting floors of space and giving away cars to workers prematurely. Until the client says the product is golden NOTHING MATTERS and nothing you or I say will change that!

In addition to all of the above the practice of making promises for free work to clients has also backfired, it has brought the company to its knees and caused us to lose time and income to the point where we have not been paid moneys due since last December! We argued vehemently about the wrongful practice that caused losses with the Precious ******** account and virtually every other client we sold and that was your doing we always said work must be paid for we are not a charity but a for profit business so when you say we have never met payroll you need to acknowledge your responsibility in this.
We would like to know what the future holds now that the years of free work are going to be set aside due to the whims of people who know very little about the workings of our industry, our company and our product. What guarantees are we going to see from Mindware? Of course your personal time and effort with so many sales calls cannot go unnoticed and that is the only saving grace for this so far crippled project. Thank you for that.
Without Mindware standing by its past warranties and representations the playing field is going to change. We have worked alone and with zero support in the area of proper product documentation, databases, or any other normal and customary forms of sales support system ? we do not have even an HTML email to send unless we create it. So at the end of the day any and all materials, agreements, proposals as well as any other infrastructure were created single handedly by Richard Akerman with zero assistance from Mindware. Now we are to be cast aside as if the product were golden and we inept!?
Whatever level of proficiency the DynaShoppe has reached could NEVER have happened without the unending support and personal sacrifice, not to mention business contacts and clients we brought to the table. So if our firm is going to be brushed aside due to politics and half-truths told to the investors we predict failure. Our company has been 100% honest with its clientele and with Mindware and we believe anything other than concentrating on making the product such that the clients and prospects themselves call it golden is a waste of time and will result in more delays and failure.
