Dynasty Getaways aka Dynasty International mistreated and ripped off Boyds Maryland
Dynasty International has changed their address and phone number but not thier dishonest business ethics. I purchased this fabulous cheap vacation package from them that turned out to be nothing but a nightmare.
Their customer service is horrible. Every time I tried to speak with a human being I mysteriously got disconnected in the middle of my converstion.I finally got help from Michelle Diamond ext. 104. Although she was not the most pleasant person to deal with she got our reservations made.She was very quick to let us know we would have to pay processing fees,surcharges, hotel taxes, port fees and fuel surcharges. In all, our $400 vacation ended up costing us $1640 and that doesn't even include airfare!!!
The hotels and cruise were great but I think it could have been done for a lot less. Please do not buy any vacation packages from this company they will treat you horribly.
If you want a great inexpensive vacation just do some research on your own and you can find great deals on your own!
