This company damaged my couch by not wrapping the boxes and placing on the couch so there are permanent impressions and broke an expensive mid-century modern wood table that was expensive and is not fixable (I just paid someone to try and fix it)!

On top of that their manager Maurice Abrams have been stringing me along for months on reimbursement and been very dishonest in his dealings with me. He made excuses why it wasn't there fault or why they could pay me less bc they talked to this insurance company or that (which I don't believe he even did). He would ignore calls, tell me he was working so to call him back at a later time, give me multiple emails to email him at not return emails for weeks, kept asking for my address to send a check (which never came).
