Complaint Review: Dynasty Sales - David Samson

We were visited *twice* today by folks doing the hard sell of magazines. The first was an african-american who had a story of his mother telling him he needed to sell magazines to get back on his feet and he was going to give the magazines to the children's hospital- he left empty handed. Later that evening and after dark, there were 2 young white males who attempted to enter the yard, but the dog kept them at bay. They were aggressive, it was dark and they were well versed in names of neighbors which I suspect they got off the internet, since they claimed to talk to a neighbor who was no longer there. They wanted to give the magazines to the elementary school and only needed to sell 8 more subscriptions to reach a new level.

If they had not mentioned the gone neighbor, the rest of the story surrounded believable --'just moved into the neighborhood, raising money for soccer trip to England, etc."

They are now here in San Diego. Unleash the hounds.
