I suggest EVERYONE that has a complaint with Dynowatt file a complaint with the PUC, the Attny General, BBB, and their State Representative. I have filed complaints for: Fraudulent Advertising, Misuse of Postal Codes and unjustified rate increases based on "market rates" that are a false pretex for price gouging. If enough people complain the AG and PUC can stur up enough trouble to cause Dynowatt a lot of pain.
