E-Bay abusive ripoff Internet Worldwide
E-Bay et al ripoff abused & mistreated Sacramento Don't Know California .....
e-Bay accuses me of infractions re certain sellers. I had very good reasons for not accepting the items I had bid on. They were all damaged beyond repair, or were not as described, which in my opinion, constitutes fraud. e-Bay would not even consider an explanation from me re these items. I had also, in the past, had difficulty with sellers who had sent "fraudulent" items, & would not consider my returning them.
E-Bay, of course, did nothing for me re this treatment, & blocked my registration. This was almost 2 yrs. ago, & it is still blocked. I have no intention of ever using e-Bay, even if they "lift" my registration of the blockage. It is an unfair, unreasonable, fraudulent organization, & I wish nothing more to do with them.

At least you had the decency to respond to my letter re my treatment from e-Bay, tho' you are taking their side while giving me no consideration whatsoever.
I have read in the various newspapers, as well as hearing the news on TV, & radio that e-Bay has been guilty of many infractions, themselves, by permitting felons, & ex-felons to sell merchandize @ auction. It seems they will allow ANYone to sell on their site permitting e-Bay to be the big "winner", collecting very high, & ridiculous fees for their "services"!!!! Many of these items have even been stolen, so in effect, buyers are "guilty" of bidding, & receiving "hot goods".
It seems the entire "organization", you included, are all in a political "arena" (if you will), & will stick together like GLUE!! I am very relieved to no longer be associated with such an "organization". There are always two (2) sides to every story, & I am happy to have been able to give mine, altho' I am certain those individuals responsible @ e-Bay will NEVER see, or hear a WORD of this letter.

You have bid on multiple items and not followed through, and you are trying to blame eBay??!! Oh Puh-leeease!!! It is deadbeat bidders like you that everyone on eBay steers away from. eBay blocked your membership to protect decent eBay users from being further cheated by you! And as for your statement that you will not be using eBay anymore even if they restore your membership .... WONDERFUL NEWS!!! Do you honestly think you are going to hurt eBay's feelings about that comment? eBay and the rest of us are rejoicing that there will be one less deadbeat abusing the system. Go find some other online auction site to screw around with. Good riddance and goodbye!!!
