I bought a cell phone off onspotdeals. He took forever to deliver it and when I received it, it was broke. I then returned it as directed along with the bluetoothe that came with it. I again waited forever for a return phone. I received the second phone also not functioning, with a USED book and someone else's numbers in the phone! It was clearly not new. I then left him negative feedback and he proceeded to tell me "I'm done doing business with you" and left ME negative feedback. I am now stuck with a broken phone. I reported to E-Bays security and trust team. They proceeded to tell me I was out of my 45 day window for reporting EVEN THOUGH the seller they promote delayed all transactions to cause this to happen. I asked them to investigate his feedback which has MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS about consumers being sold used phones. They did NOTHING. His feedback is diluted by selling multiple low priced batteries and accessories but if you look closely at all the phone sales, you will see the SCAM! Each time he receives a negative feedback on a phone, he immediately receives 20 plus good ones which buries the negative. This scam is not that hard to figure out!
