I was contacted by auction success back in June/early July concernering auciton success a homebase business that you can start. I spoke to a representative by the name of Ran and we talked for about 2-3 weeks, once I agreed to try the busniness I was asked for a payment of $500.00, which I charged to my credit card. I signed up on July 7, 2006 (est. date) and within the next couple of days I had a emergency to arise and found out that I would not be able to participate at the current time.

I spoke to a representative of auction success on July 15, and was instructed to put my request in writting and e-mail to the e-mail address auction success .com. and recieved a conformation e-mail that it had been accepted. I have not heard from anyone since then and the $500. is still showing up on my credit card statement.

I have tried to e-mail the company on several occassions with no results. I've called and the number that was listed and be put on hold or switched from one ext. to another.

This isn't an Ebay Fraud

First of all, contact your credit card company and dispute the transaction. Secondly, this has nothing to do with Ebay, so why are saying this is an Ebay ripoff? They do not support 3rd party 'Ebay Reseller' classes. Your beef is with the business you gave your credit card to.
