Complaint Review: E-bestsellers.com - Anne-Marie Ronsen - Universalpublishingltd.com - KBI Marketing

I was looking for online infromation to include on a site of mine for free to my clients. I found a site called http://www.e-bestsellers.com/ by a so called Anne- Marie Rosen. What happens is you pay your $50.00 (39.95 US) to download information which she says she has listed but only through Paypal. Once it is paid for nothing happens. Then she sends an email to say that that deal is no longer and send you to a link called http://30082006.universalpublishingltd.com/Down1000DogCollectionII09.html to download so called amazing infromation on dogs. When you get there you realised you have been Ripped Off as she have other peoples crap.
Because it is downloadable content Paypal dont care at alland there is nothing they can do about this con.
