e-Bullion deactivated my multi kilogram gold account some time before October 2005 - no notification, no reason.
In order to reactivate the account they wrote 'Please contact our customer service office at 1(805)482-1460 for account activation assistance'
Calling this number results in a number of options and finally - just waiting.
Emails to them during the last two weeks have had no response.
