Complaint Review: E. Burnham Cosmetic Company RMCB COllection Agency

I received a letter about a month ago from RMCB Credit Agency stating that I owe $26.95 for a pass due account with E. Burnham Cosmetic Company. I never order anything through books or TV; I buy what I need in person. I have never heard of either company.

I called the number listed on the collection letter (914-345-7136), but only got a machine. I requested a list of what was supposedly ordered, but it never came. I called again to try to get a live person, but if you don't puch any buttons to go through the service, you get a message saying to write your issue down and mail it to them.

I tried looking them up on the Internet. I found E. Burnham Cosmetic company listed here on this RIP OFF SITE as well as somenoe else's post.
