Guarantee? Not with this company!

E-Cigarette Choice has got to be the worst ecig company. First of all the product leaves a whole lot to be desired. The customer service is ridiculous. They will not answer plain as day direct questions. Such as, what model number am I buying? I asked that 3 times, no answer. The batteries will last an hour if you are lucky. In my starter kit the batteries did not work. They sent me more. Then the charger would not work. I had to spend $20 at the mall buying a new one. I still haven't received the charger. The ecig itself is just bad, I have had it for a two weeks now, I didn't know how bad it was until I tried another today. It spits out liquid when you inhale, and when you inhale you better have some strong lungs because you have to suck it in hard to get anything. Now I have told the company all this. They refuse to give me all of my money back. They have a 30 day money back guarantee that they do not stand behind. They told me that they would be charging me a restocking fee. I told them the item didn't work, they want to replace the items, again. I really do not want to play the game of sending back and forth items that don't work. I have already had 4 batteries that don't work. Apparently they want to restock the batteries to sell them again. I guess the reason none of my batteries work is because they are used. When I spoke to customer service, they ended hanging up on me when I asked questions they couldn't answer, then they sent me an email telling I was rude.
