e-cigs brand electronic cigarette e-cigs will not cancel your order the the first time, and give you a hard time there-after internet

 I had cancelled my subscription 3 months prior to receiving my recent shipment of filters from e-cigs brand electronic cigarettes.  After calling them (again) to re-cancel and get my money back from this recent shipment ($25.00), the sales person stated that the best they could do is send me another kit for only $10.00 and renew my subscription!

After a 20-minute battle, I re-cancelled my shipment and only after I drive to a UPS store and use my own money to return their product, will they credit my card the $25.00. 

Warning--- The salesperson stated that they do not cancel subscriptions the first time, they only suspend your subscription for 3-months! After that, you will receive filters again and be charged accordingly. After I had asked them to re-play the recorded conversation (as they say they record all conversations), the salesperson could not locate the conversation for 3-months ago and he insisted that I made the mistake and asked them to suspend my order for 3-months and not cancel it!  They are extremely un-helpful and will not part easily with your money. Until you cancel your credit card, you will not get out of this contract.
