Complaint Review: E-Cigs Pro Vapor

E-Cigs Pro Vapor E-Cigs Original Survey Scam Fraudlent Bank Charges St. Louis Missouri

I completed an online survey that offered their E-Cig as a compimentry gift for taking the survey and only needing to pay the $9.95 shipping/handling fee, this was on 7/13/15, I received the E-Cig on 7/17/15.

Checking my bank accout this morning showed that they had charged my account for an additional $99.95. I was able to get a contact number for them from my bank. Called them and they absolutely refused to reverse the charge, stating that I had authorized it, which I assured them I did not.

An hour later I received an RMA email from them requsting that I return the merchandise (at my cost) for a refund (minus shipping/handling I had already paid them).

I have filed claims against them with the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau and my bank.

If you see any surveys that offer this E-Cig as a gift for completing it, don't do it!

Before clicking and accepting any terms upon completing order, there is a disclaimer and terms just below before finilazing your order. It explains that by completing the order, you will be placed in their refill program where they will send you replacement "clearomizers" starting on the 15th day for $99, and a few other things included for $65. You could have cancel led at anytime beforehand by calling the number included. There was also a disclaimer about what the fluid contains, and a disclaimer about smoking the e cig while pregnant. Always make sure to look for these "hidden in plain sight" terms before purchasing anything that's said to be free, because that how companies hook you into their subscriptions without you realizing that you have blindly agreed to pay.

This place has been sterling money from my checking account for months. I ordered an item on a special for $5.99 the first month. If I wasn't satisfied I was to call and cancel within the first 30 days. With in 3days after receiving the vapor cig. And tabacoo flavoring. I called and canceled the product. Not up to my satisfaction. Yes still months later I'm still getting money taken out of my checking account every month. 79.99 plus 1.99 3 times throughout the month this has been going on for 5 months now I have called I have pleaded with them to stop.

Also I have not received nothing since the anitial first shipment. I have been to my bank to stop payment they won't help me stop it. They said for me to keep trying to get them to stop on their end I though the bank could stop payment. Bank of America is the bank the money is coming out of to give to these ripoff artists. Can someone please give me some advice on how to stop this and help get my money back. It's pretty sad when someone is sterling from someone who don't have a lot of money that has three kids to raise and has a bunch of permanent disability. Sorry I'm just so mad/sick over the whole situation.
