I set up a dish network account and service using a mail-solicited promotional. The promo was that you would receive two free airline tickets if you purchsed the Starz network for three months. I did not know that the promo was through e-club until I tried to claim the tickets.

At first, you had to purchase a coffee mug and a t-shirt in order to claim the tickets. I waited a while before going back to the email message to make the purchase and claim the free tickets. The site was no longer available. When I finally got to their web site, it said to contact them if you had questions about their service. The site offered no page with contact information on it. Just a basic information page.

Now I have the eclub crap and am paying 20.00 per month for nothing. I have not been able to access any web page for the last few weeks to cancel the service or get help. I intend to call and demand a refund based on the fraudulent solicitation. Isn't communications and mail fraud a federal offense?
