I went to Bluemountain.com to send my husband a birthday card, and now they are charging for them to send interactive cards. Well if you attach a gift, you can send that card for free. So I did, I went to zipgifts.com (there was a key you had to click and this will connect you with that website), I saw what I wanted to order and I followed instructions. Well needless to say the card was sent, and the zipgift.com contacted my husband to see if he wanted to accept or decline the gift. Mu husband accepted the gift and we both received a confirmation number. Later on that day we both received an e-mail saying that the gift was declined (when we both knew it was accepted), so I used my visa bank card, and this company had retrieved the money already. So wait a minute, I placed tehorder, the recipient accepted the gift, we both got a confirmation number, and themoney was retrieved, so now they say that the gift was not accepted, but they still kept my money. So now I am out onf my money and the gift was never received.
So I contacted the company with several e-mail, and they asnwer back saying that the gift was not accepted, and they contacted the bank for aproval in case the gift was accepted, but the recipient declined, therefor the money was not taken out. So I don't understant. Well the bank tells me that they retrieved the money, and I have to contact then so I can get it back. Well I have been in contact with, but no luck in gettin my gift or my money back.
