Complaint Review: E-Credit Solutions

I was dumb enough to go for the offer. I have a bad mark on my credit so this sounded good. When I signed up, they took $200 dollars from my checking account to start it. When I received the package, I looked over what they had in their catalog, and it was cheap junk. I found a customer service number on the order form and called. I found it impossible to talk to a person. I tried again, thinking they were closed. Nope, nobody to talk to. On the paper, it stated if I want a refund, call a representive and get a cancellation number within 10 days of receiving the package. Since I could not get a hold of anyone I just mailed the whole thing back registered mail. That was over a month ago and I have heard nothing. Then, today I called my bank and found out there was a $99 automatic withdrawal from my checking account. I tried calling information to obtain a different phone number, and quess what? Their number is unlisted of course. Now I don't know what to do. Mike Phoenix, Arizona
