E-credit Solutions, Inc. aka NCS National Credit Shoppers ripoff tricked and lied to us. Then would not refund our money that they took from our checking account Miami Florida
These people called me with what sounded good, because I was trying to rebilled my credit. I was told that I could get refunded if it was not at all what they had explained to me.
I wrote down all the nessesary information (who I spoke with, Phone numbers, etc.)
After sending me the materials which they did not send until the funds ($199.95) was debited from my checking account. I seen that it was not what I wanted.
I called to see about getting refunded and was rudely spoken to by an employee that said I could not get refunded.

Bobbie,
Go to your bank and file an ACH Fraud complaint formACH stands for Automated Clearing House. Complain to your bank that this company used deceptive practices to gain your trust and to persuade you to authorize the ACH to begin with. Tell them the company also guaranteed a refund and now wont respond to your continued complaints. Demand all the money that was taken from your account be replaced. Ask your bank to place a block on all future debits and change your bank account.
Dont be discouraged if the company tape-recorded your agreement. Ill bet you a Coke they didnt tape-record the hookyou knowthe big lies to gain your trust. These companies typically tape record after the fudging for quality assurance.
Next, notify your states attorney generals office and report this company for lying to you.
Thank you for sharing this with us. Its amazing how these companies walk the fine line of the law and get away with what they do.
Good luck,
