E-Diets is a scam. I ordered the "Five weeks for the price of Four" offer for three meals a day. The food was highly inedible, and I had to throw a lot of it out. Some of it was decent, so I thought I'd make myself stick with it. However, by the end of the week, when the food had aged to ripe vileness in the refrigerator, it all had a sour taste. I assume this is from rotting or chemicals. Guess that is how you lose weight. I cancelled at the end of week four, confirming by phone that I would still get week five for free as advertised. Needless to say, I never received week five.

I called again. I was told that I "misunderstood the offer." I told them that they were wrong and argued using my cell phone minutes. They told me I would be called back after a discussion. After I while I was called back again and was told that I would be sent my free week. I said they needed to hurry, as I was out of food and money. They told me it wouldn't come for ten days. They said they couldn't mail it on time because I had cancelled. I told them they could mail it.

They said they couldn't do it in a timely fashion because it was an automated system. I told them they needed to go to the warehouse, pack a box and ship it. They told me that in order to get my food at all I now needed to send them $21 more dollars. I flipped. I told them they needed to send me my food ASAP, that I was out of money and that if they didn't I would report them to the Better Business Bureau. They didn't care. Now I need to watch my account to make sure they don't take the $21. They are known for doing this, up to a year later. And I never got my rotten food.
