Complaint Review: E-electronics

I bid on a "dbx Subharmonic Synthesizer" on ebay. I used the instant buy feature. Have waited two months and still no item. I wrote him several times asking for a
status, etc.

He either ignored my email, or sent a "I'll check with the shipper" email. Then would not hear back from him. I've asked for a shipping Tracking number, and was ignored.

For even more irritation, he is still selling units like the one I paid for.
