this company has been been ripping us off for the past 6 years... we were assigned an e.fax number without our knowledge, and were charged for it. When I contacted them, they acknowledged the error, but they refused to give me a full refund. Before you get an e.fax do your research, there are plenty of companies that offer better service and for much less money.
