Complaint Review: E-File-Tax-Returns

Do not use E-File-Tax-Returns.com to file your taxes! After entering all your info and your credit card #, you're not allowed to see your return before it's filed until you're charged 9.95.

And you still don't view your return the way it will be filed to IRS. Evenmore, if you have to edit your return you're charged again.

Their support is nearly non-existent referring you to their FAQ that only further angers you by its lack of help and they take 24hrs to reply!

Worse yet, if you have a specific TAX question, (WHAT!) there is an additional charge!! After all this wasted time (my return was never completed) and aggravation, if you're not satisfied, you can "request" a refund by filling out another form. Of course they don't get right back to you.

Funny, it only took seconds for them to take my money from me, but it's been 3 days and still no refund or reply.
