My husband received a call from Allen Parker stating he was from Microsoft. He asked if he was having trouble with any of his Microsoft programs. My husband answered yes. He then got my husband to give him remote access to our computer. He stated he found viruses in our computer. He then sent a form to the computer for my husband to fill out for payment of $299.00.

That's when my husband got suspicious. He told Mr. Parker he was disabled and did not take care of our finances and did not have a debit or credit card to give. Mr. Parker then tried to convince my husband to go look in his wallet for some kind of card to use. This is the point when my husband hung up the phone.

I called the phone number back when I got home. A man answered 'Hello'. I asked if this number was a business or personal number. The man gave me some run-around saying he couldn't hear me, then hung up. I tried calling again. Same man answered, again only hello. I asked same question again. He asked me if this was 'Barbara' (not my name) I asked him what business I called and he said Microsoft. When I proceeded to ask questions he hung up on me.
