First of all let me say that if my company was on this site with all these complaints I would have to

A) Change the way I do business B) Go out of business like E-Gumball should.

When you type in E-Gumball on Google and one of the sentences states (complaints) that's a red flag.

From reading the posts no wonder they have so many complaints.  They are trained very well to talk the talk but they don't walk the walk.

They offer deals that they don't follow through with, they lie, they double charge, they make it sound like you're the idiot and misunderstood. They went as far as telling us to get a fake phone # and address in a popular city here in Michigan so the rankings would be higher.

Their agreement form you sign does not state anything about that a early cancellation will result in a 100% of the remaining agreement. I still don't get how you can charge a customer for something they are not receiving. It's best if their conversations/promises were recorded.

We had 5 months left when we cancelled. They wanted to keep us as costumers and offered us 2 months free (Jul-Aug) and I paid them the 3 months in full. Sept, Oct, Nov, 2012 and I would not renew again. But in Sept, they charged my new card again!!!!!

When I called them they stated that they charged for 3 months instead of 5 is because I was going to renew. When she took my payment she knew it was for 3 months. the charge is $120 it's not alot of $$ but it's the point of them pulling this crap on people. They must really need the $120.

By the way we tried to cancel them numerous of times.

I will continue this investigation with the c.c company.

Thank you for your time.

As a matter of fact type in the company name and see the 5 star rating my company has. That's how you stay in business not by lying and ripping off people.

Well... you sound calmer replying to the post then you were on the phone. I see you are trained very well in this section of the proses also.  Don't worry it's all good. You don't have to deal with us anymore. You win.

eGumball Did Not Double Charge - One Payment Was Owed!

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Maria H.  you have been a customer since 2009 and have renewed three agreements with our company.  The last agreement which you wanted cancelled had five months remaining on the term of the agreement.  You claimed that you wanted to renew the agreement, we offerred you two months of free service (since you were with us for a longtime) and you decided to cancel.  Since you did not renew the agreement we were entitled to the payment we processed.  You owed the money.

Now lets really address your your location, our agreement and the company you alledgedly purchased.

For three years you have been working with us on your primary location which is not in Detroit Michigan it is in a suburb.  And you are correct, Detroit is a popular city - the only one.

You agreed to our terms and conditions three times on three separate signed agreements and several acceptance of our terms and conditions online.  When you sign a termed contract you have to pay off the balance of the agreement.  Just as you would with your cell phone carrier, gym membership, business telephone service and home internet service.

During your campaign you claimed to have purchased VIP Limo.  Correct?  Was that company part of our service agreement?  Did eGumball help you with that listing - FREE?  The answer is yes and yes.  We are completely comfortable with going outside the box for our clients - especially long standing ones - but to call us a rip off after doing so is wrong on so many levels.

The $120 is not alot of money - no it is not.  The balance was owed.
