E-income Solutions, New Merchant Services, Mbf Leasing companies in cahoots to lock you into a 4 year credit card terminal lease Internet
E-income solutions, New Merchant Services and MBF Leasing. They promise you a "free" website & show you how to sell products on auction sites and on your own e-income solution site. There is a $69 per month fee.
Here is what the fee is for: IT IS FOR A 4 YEAR, NON CANCELABLE LEASE through MBF leasing for a credit card terminal! What they also fail to inform you of, there is a 25 dollar a month processing fee, and some of the other credit card companies charge a monthly fee as well. Add it all up, and your looking at over $100 per month, even if you do not use the credit card terminal.
There is a 30 day period where you can cancel your services, and even though i tried several times in the first 2 weeks to get out of this, i was redirected to new trainers inorder to "help me out." After contacting the Leasing company (MBF lEASING) I was told that the only ways out of this was to buy out the lease, which they told me was over 4 thousand dollars.
So, now i am stuck with a credit card terminal, which has never been taken out of the box, a lease, which i have no intention of paying on, and a huge black mark on my credit.

Dear Dan:
Lets get the facts straight. You contacted us for a Merchant account through a contact form from one of our many referral sources. This we have a legal record of. We simply provided you with the Merchant Services our firm offers.
Now as far as I can tell you received a Valid Merchant Account (Line Of Credit to receive funds the Visa / MC Network), a New Nurit 2080, 15 Business Consulting Sessions we offer as a courtesy to ALL New Clients. Not to mention an abundance of Supplier Resources available if you needed. None of which you used. Now you are crying faul? Please note ALL Fees are disclosed prior to signing contracts, During the Signing of the Contracts (Its In Writing on both the lease and merchant application), as well as disclosed at the time of the installation of your System where the Leasing Company Verbal's the lease (By telling you about ALL THE FEES) and its Terms & Conditions and they ask if this is acceptable. You Said Yes.
So, I have a hard time believing you were wronged in anyway. We do however want to extend our hand to assist your business.
Please be aware that we are not a part of EIS, we are an option for merchant services if you choose. It clearly stated you did NOT need to use our services. So even if you can find Merchant Services Cheaper, there is no law against charging more for OUR Services. We offer more to our "Working Clients".
These accusations are Frivolous and Discriminated. I have retained a Law Firm that Specializes in these areas.
Dan, I'm sorry your experience with your business was a bust. But to blame others for Your lack of hard work or due diligence is not only unfair, but is narrow minded to pass the buck on blame of not reading, not listening or not following instructions. To say you cvannot make money on the Internet and EBay is Rediculous! We broke no laws or misrepresented anyone.
As far as any other false claims I am formally advising you to cease & desist any further false claims of "SCAM" that you have been stating. NMS has never misrepresented our services nor do we wish to turn our backs on you. We would be more then eager to assist your efforts of success with your business venture.
