Complaint Review: E M S First Hudson Leasing Francis David Corporation

 Short and to the pointE M S First Hudson Leasing Francis David Corporation  will be sued by several people soon but not soon enough.  I owned a Greek restaurant llc Businessin in St.louis  I used there serviceand when the business closed  E M S First Hudson Leasing Francis David Corporation's lawyers crossed state lines illegally hired a Lawyer here in st.louis drained my bank account. After a judgment was served. I couldn't fight it because I was out of town when the letter from court arrived they got 3200 out of my account  they said I owed them 5100 for the equipment . I contacted them and they said if I gave the equipment back they would refund my money the equipment was worth maybe a few hundred dollars I sent it back no refund and the judgment is still on my credit report saying I still owe them 5100 dollars! Since 2008 I have not been able to refi my house and have this huge scar on my credit report...  I was contacted by a attorney that recieved several complants he somehow found me and was going to file suit for me after what he found out what they did to me. Unfortunately he found so much evidence against the company he wants to go for the big pot and class action these guys which is in the process.My attorney has already taken them to court and there talking about a settlement.In the mean time interest rates are down and I need to have this off of my credit report its costing me at least 200 dollars a month and has since 2008. Im figuring they owe me around 12 to 13000 for the money I lost possibly more..I cant wait any longer so I will be suing them through a st.louis attorney or anyone else that wants to help...  Do not do business with this company they have been reported to the bbb over 90 times! I want my money and my credit back from these crooks! how does a companykeep in business doing this to people?
