Complaint Review: E-Media Store.com

E-Media Store.com Finally received 2 sets of DVDs, less one of the sets of DVD's( ordered 3 sets), but charged for all 3. Filed claim with my credit card company, and received credit for set of DVDs that did not arrive. However the 2 sets that did, several DVD's in each set are UNREADABLE and WILL NOT PLAY in any of my 4 DVD players. Sound and video on some of them are terrible. Toronto Ontario Toronto Ontario

I finally received part of my order rom the E-Mediastore.com after many excuses about canada Post losing my order, or customs losing my order, called E-Mediastore.com 800 number but only get a recording and get cut off before I can leave a message. They also DO NOT REPLY to emails, but was charged for 3 sets of DVD's, only received 2 sets.

Filed a claim with my credit card company, and received credit for the undelivered 3rd set of DVDs.

HOWEVER, the 2 sets that did finally arrive ( 7 weeks after I ordered them, several DVDs in each set will not read and will not play in any of my 4 DVD players, and the sound and video on several of them are terrible. Also they have no interactive menu,and appear to be taped directly off of televison ( THE HISTORY CHANNEL), so I cannot select episodes, must fast forwd to find what I want.

Okay, should I RETURN THEM at MY EXPENSE and take a chance I MIGHT GET A FULL REFUND, or simply file another claim with my credit card company.?
I am willing to turn them over to the credit card company or my bank which issued the credit card.
