  What I know personally of Mr. Raico, Jeff in Rebuttal #2 is speaking kind and lightly in regards to Dennis Raico…. Raico is a raging alcoholic “Raging” is being kind…He is a Drunk and a pill popper he has been arrested in NJ for driving drunk with his 2 precious little girls in his vehicle. So who ever this Ashton guy is should go to the court and run his name you may be surprised to see he has a few warrants and while there change your name from Aston to A**Hole. “He knows exactly what he is doing and when he finds a mark, they are pretty much done. He takes upon himself to manage company funds and pretends as he is helping the company, but in reality tries to figure out the best way where he can steal the most money and get away with it before anybody is the wiser.” SO TRUE!!! Kevin A. Crichton, President will assume all Retail Lending duties and responsibilities until further notice.

I have seen lots of things in my time in the mortgage industry, but not like this. John Ashton is an alias that Raico uses to cover his tracks and put his victims at bay.

I worked closely with him at both Superior Mortgage and Guaranteed Rate. I was part of his team and what he taught us was to rape and pilage until the client we were dealing with had nothing and was forced to declare bankruptcy. My boss at the time was Sandy Mozes, who is presently the VP of Guaranteed in NY. He will testify to the fact that Raico is a raging alcoholic and sways innocent people into lending him money by promising big returns on their money. Since I was part of Raico's team, I can tell you first hand that this guy does not fool around. He knows exactly what he is doing and when he finds a mark, they are pretty much done. He takes upon himself to manage company funds and pretends as he is helping the company, but in reality tries to figure out the best way where he can steal the most money and get away with it before anybody is the wiser. 

He has scammed so many people that at this point its shocking the feds havent caught up to this fraudster.

Even John Faracco, who is known throughout the industry as an insane character can tell you that even Raico screwed him out of money. 

Raico is a very sophisticated criminal, so beware and dont be fooled by any rebuttals, as he has his convict friends pretend to be legit employees trying to protect their scam. 

Raico has managed to keep a clean record thus far by carefully orchestrating every mark, but it has finally caught up to him and now s**t has hit the fan. I heard he is being indicted on countless charges and banned from every company out there after being fired from superior, guaranteed rate, and several others who are embarrassed of what Raico has done to them.

 Last i heard he got a job at a nj bank in charge of a major marketing budget, supposedly he is using the money to fly girls out to atlantic city and do god knows what with company paid for hotel rooms. Instead of paying his victims back, this guy is living good on the hog and will not stop until he is arrested once and for all.

THIS GUYS IS TROUBLE, HE ALSO HANGS AROUND WITH JIM CLOONEY, PREVIOUSLY CONVICTED OF KIDNAPPING HIMSELF WITH A A DRUG CARTEL. HE USED TO BE GREAT FRIENDS WITH FARACCO, UNTIL FARACCO FOUND OUT RAICO WAS RIPPING HIM OFF TOO. IF YOU SEE THIS GUY, RUN! YOU WERE WARNED!!

In response to these ridiculous accusations, I unlike the ones who filed, have left my name and phone number for anyone to contact. I have known Dennis for 15 years and he is a great businessman as well as a devoted father. He has delivered on every promise that has been in his control at Countrywide, Guaranteed Rate, and E Mortgage Management. It amazes me that someone is aloud and able to make these false comments, not give any sort of justification and do it without leaving their name and number. The author of this statement says that "he can't believe that Dennis got away with this all these years and why is he not in jail"? It is because he has done nothing wrong and will not get in trouble for any of these crazy accusations that are made up.

 It is funny how a group of disgruntled employees who get fired for not doing their job can go to a site like this and write all this nonsense and have no repercussions.

 If anyone has any doubts about Dennis Raico and wants any questions addressed, the people who posted this were nice enough to leave Dennis' phone number, I'm sure he would spend some time with you on the phone or in person and put your mind at ease. Again, I have done business with him for many years and it has always been a pleasure.
