E Music Didn't cancel the account and kept billing my credit card. New York, New York

I signed up for a trial membership on Emusic.com.  I cancelled the account on their website and they continued to bill my credit card.

After contacting the company, Emusic indicated that they had no record of my cancellation and asked me for a receipt.  When cancelling the service on their website they offer no confirmation number or cancellation number.  The website says it is cancelled and will be valid through a certain date.

I'm currently disputing the charges with my credit card company.

I'm certain that you won't have this type of non focused customer service with Ixxxxs. (((REDACTED)))
