E-Net Action Credit Card - BCS I was ripped off by E-Net back in Oct 2003 for $159 Orange California
I was ripped off by E-Net back in Oct 2003. I filed a report with the BBB in Nov 03. The company address is false and their number is now disconnected as of today. I was given the Company ID No. by the BBB which is: 13189416. The BBB stated that they rate BCS as having an unsatisfactory business performance record based on a pattern of serious complain allegations. Any third party advertising the availability of credit cards is required by law to register with the California Attorney General and post a $100,000 done. Even if registed and bonded, it is unlawful to collect fees before services ar performed. The number for the California AG is: (916) 322-3360.
Everyone call and complain to the California Attorney General. Lets get these people for ripping off our hard earned money.
