Complaint Review: E-Net Marketing Inc

I had purchased goods from ENET MARKETING INC enet SHOP ON LINE on MAY/11/2007 on the internet from the Computer Memory Store CALLED ENET. and used my Amex Card American Express I am mostly not satisfied with the service. Firstly I get a wrong way bill number. Now my stuff is not here yet.

They sent an invoice that is showing the incorrect amount paid thru my email. The amount shown is a total of $269.23. When the invoice you e-mailed to me shows 269.23$.

And on May the 30th i then call them to see were my stuff was and why they had not shipped out the item's that i had ordered two week's ago.
I had called more then 20 times that day and could not reach them at all and i even sent out Many email's to their info and support address.
info@enetshoponline.com and orderstatus@ENETSHOPONLINE.COM and all the other emails that i could find on their website.

Well after over one month of trying to reach enet marking inc, I then call my American Express company and was told to file a report with them as NON-Receive of Item which I did.

Two weeks later I received my American Express Monthly Statement and was Credited back my full amount. Thanks to my credit card company i was saved and taken good care of.

So Last month I received a call from Amex Ex Support and was told that enet marketing inc had their account suspended and removed from American Express I was so happy that Amex was quick to help me and also call me as well.

Oh and Guess what American Express told me that E-net Marketing Inc was doing this to a lot of people and taking from honest people.

Now that it's been three months, I have Disided to send out this report to let any of you customers out there know what I went thru.
